The Mississippi Vein Institute was founded by Dr. Manning in July 2008 to provide patients with the latest in diagnostic tools and treatment options for spider veins, varicose veins, and venous ulcerations . We provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and treatment for: Varicose Veins, Spider Veins, and Venous Ulcers etc. We also provide several aesthetic procedures including Botox and dermal fillers.
Our Procedure
- We start with a preliminary diagnostic assessment comprised of a focused history and physical assessment. An ultrasound exam is done by our registered vascular technician.
- We then create a minimally invasive, personalized, state-of-the-art treatment plan for you.

Our Physicians
The Mississippi Vein Institute is led by Dr. Manning and Dr. Adams who are both board certified in Phlebology by the American Board of Phlebology and have been trained by Dr. John Kingsley, an internationally recognized expert in the treatment of venous disorders. Dr. Manning and Dr. Adams have performed over 3000 successful endovenous laser procedures. The treatment itself will take less than one hour and initially involves both a physical and an ultrasound examination to map the vein to be treated. Dr. Manning and Dr. Adams specialize exclusively in treating venous disorders and perform endovenous laser ablations five days a week.
